Your local council is THE FIRST PLACE you need to contact about your housing needs. If you are homeless or being released from prison, and are eligible for help, the local authority will provide housing advice, assistance and support and will take reasonable steps to prevent you becoming homeless. This is in line with their legal obligations.
In Camden
C4WS Homeless Project
The C4WS winter night shelter operates from the beginning of November to the end of March each year. We take referrals for homeless people wishing to access the shelter from a number of agencies in the Borough of Camden and the surrounding area. If you are in need of emergency accommodation, you can contact one of the agencies we work with - see web site - for an assessment of your situation and they can make a referral to us.
